Training plan 2026
We're very excited to share our detailed 2026 training plan with you. The entire year is carefully divided into focused training blocks, each designed with a clear, specific goal to help you improve steadily and confidently, step by step.
The plan is founded on the following principles.
1. Technique First, Always
Blocks begin with skill development — better movement creates faster, more resilient athletes.
2. Train the Right System at the Right Time
We move from aerobic base → strength → threshold → race-specific intensity in a structured and predictable progression.
3. Same Framework, Different Journeys
Whether you're racing Sprint or Ironman, everyone follows the same rhythm — but volume and intensity adjust to your goals and level.
